I know this is tied up in legal due dilligence, but I am pretty sure based on the conversation on this board that this is onlly a superior offer in the same way that logically 2 is greater than 1 because they can't just through out what they believe it to be worth.

Having said that I'm pretty convinced that the BoD of KWG and SPQ do not believe for one minute that CLF has a "Superior" offer and if they are paying attention to the retail investor I'm sure they have a fair reading on our support for a Merger which in all reality is indeed the SUPERIOR direction.

So I would hope that despite CLF's over simplified, opportunistic logic SPQ/KWD BoDs will put their faith in the investor and push forward with the merger and put the same power that killed 2 R/S votes to use and show us how much better this merger will be for the shareholder, for the companies and for Canada.

So I'm not sure if KWG has to do much nor SPQ other than get out there and do a quick PR.. 2 companies extolling the virtures of this great Canadian jewel that will never be plundered by US pirates.

Perhaps this is what they are preparing for already, well I say Bring it!
