First Explorer at the "Ring of Fire" and presently drilling on the "BIG DADDY" Chromite/Pge's jv'd property...yet we were robbed
"A $1 is looking less and less likely."
At best, I think a $1 buyout was only a remote possibility, and with the semantics of late it is even less likely now.
The above having been said, a .30-.50 figure is still quite within our grasp, if the cards are played right.
It has to be obvious, even to the extremely naive, that CLF is playing games with KWG. If their intention was to simply gain control of BD, why would they not simply have offered KWG 30 cents at the start, taken them out and left SPQ to flounder. Why go to the trouble to alienate KWG, who was in their camp, and in whom they just invested an additional 2.5 mill in order to try to take SPQ out on the cheap. You have to know there are some serious games being played here that we don't know about yet and probably never will.
Some have compared this action to the FWR one, but the biggest difference between the two is that they made sure there was a golden parachute in place for the FWR BOD, which put them onside from the start. Once they had the BOD tied up the rest was just a game being played out.
The next leg up here has to come fairly quickly, actually by Monday, and the game will not see it's 9th inning until July 8, unless there are enough stupid investors out there to give them their 50.1% now.
Best regards
