Glee..., I think there is a penalty to walk away from the agreement. As for Neil integrity maybe you can answer this question.

Neil sells out to Cliffs and pockets $20 million on the deal for himself.

Neil says no and sticks to the Merger plan receiving $4 million at the conclusion of the deal.

Now in our warped world which scenario would make Neil the winner? Would he garner more respect for walking away with the dough or for his hand shake?

We live in a world of "GREED" and society judges us by and large by the money we've made or earned.

Neil may get a pat on the back for his integrity but that would be forgotten in short order. But the money would see him through his lifetime.

This is a cut throat business. I wouldn't count anything out.
