K: I beat you to it! More KWG. The SPQ news has to be a second bid, either by Cliffs or another bidder who knows how great our goods are. Nothing else makes sense. NN would not leave KWG in the lerch. He has too much integrity. Anyway, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the only way the proposed merger can be dissolved is by mutual consent, or a turn down by shareholders.
