Forget it Kareema. The reason for the SP spike is the combination of events: PDAC, Ontario throne speech, closing of the FWR sale and the upcoming 43-101.

CLF may have access to the 43-101 information from their possession of FWR, but they can not act on the information since that would be illegal insider information.

I would imagine that a good percentage of the shares that have been traded over the last month or so have been less than 10% of the float. There has likely been a great deal of day trading activity here. With such a dramatic increase in SP, most SH are going to be holding on for the ride, waiting to see what the insiders do.

And since the insiders haven't played their hand, we all wait with baited breath for the 43-101.
