I know you guys love this RS stuff. Interestingly enough it was Neil Simon who mentioned Spider Resources and their large number of outstanding shares and the need for an RS. It was actually a topic within his first conversation with Neil. So clearly others are thinking about it too.

But don't worry. Neil Simon didn't dwell on it for very long. Although I must admit my post up here on l'il old Agoracom has knocked the share price down a half a cent today. Probably has the same readship as Mining Weekly.

Alas my post was meant to share some due diligence for the rest of the board. And clearly the heavy snows in the rest of Canada have cut out the phone lines to Neil. Nobody else wants to call him. Sad.
