Here are some points I noted.

As expected, all resolutions were passed.

Afterwards, there was about 20 minutes to update various projects .

Most of the information was old.

There were no more assays result from ROF.

But there will be testing on some of the drillings that were done few months back on diamond projects. We had been queuing in the lab for many months and now almost time to do our samples.

IBK is still working on PP, continue saying the success of PP depends on what price that SPQ can offer.

About Cliff involvement , I will let the others report as it is quite differnt from what I presumed before the meeting.

NN mentioned IBK holds more shares than any one in the meeting, let say NN holds 4 million, than IBK will be more than him.

But, I made another calculation, if the % of witholding the two directors range is 35-37 , and all today voting from the floor + online = total is 55 million shares (representing 17 % of the total shares ),

35 % will reach a voting number of almost 20 million shares , that means Snug has raised the question of the two directors few days back and there are 20 million shares withold the position..

I deduce that our forum may have a power of at least 20 million shares..
