The only asset of SPQ that Cliffs are in the least bit interested in is their percentage of 'Big Daddy'. Do they have to buy shares is SPQ to obtain that or can they buy out for cash part of SPQ's percentage?

Cash for part of jv percentage owned by SPQ seems possible especially since FWR would possibly enter bidding but can't see any other bidder.
