The subject of the Reverse Split has its PRONS and CONS.

I've been with several companies over the years on reverse splits and In some cases they do go back to their original share price prior to splitting.

BUT, But, In some of those cases were the prospects are good for the company they fall back and then recover to the splitting price and move up.

I feel the prospects are good for this company going forward.

When the economy and the ROF recover, Spider will move up a lot faster with less shares on the Market.

I for one would be in favour for a SLIT at this Time then latter on.......RL
