Snug,

Very simple, I used to be a weight lifter LOL.

Our train would pull into Nakina and stop.We would uncouple our engines from our train,and we would then go into the track where the cars were loaded. We would then couple onto the loaded cars and take them back and couple them onto our train and away we go. All told with no problems it would take about 30 - 45 minutes.
