There may be good reason(s) to have this PP NOW.

But we have nothing to make informed decisions on. In support of this thing, that is.

On the other hand there is too much very recent information publically available to suggest either Material Changes have occured or are in the works OR otherwise strongly suggest there is a problem we need to be informed about as this move by the BoD is contrary to the expressed opinion and well publicized Plans of the Company as expressed by the CEO.

To blindly go where we refused to go in the past requires seeing a much better behaving Market than has been the History of this very significant EVENT, the "Ring of Fire". Past History in this Industry, as well as in all Industries, where large sums of Money are involved and vast Wealth is at stake, requires much better Corporate Information being made public.

Trust is made with well communicated understanding.

There is simply too much at stake here to go on less than a subtle wink and absolutely no nod.
