Think Someone OTHER THAN a Major going in for 9.9% of ALL that is SPQ. ALL of the company! And not having to make their SPQ Position Public Knowledge.

A new SPQ entrant - looking to have a Silent small piece of the Big RoF Pie???

Think Several Someones who were looking to do a PP following the Reverse Split in which they would get very cheap new Shares. The Silent SPQ Supporters I was referring to in the Post you attempted to take part of WAY OUT OF CONTEXT, or simply clearly misunderstood. Why do this via a PP? Why when the Shares can be bought on the Open Market, supporting the SP, for 33% to 50% less than the PP Share Price. WHY???

Think "Best Efforts" leaves open the good likelyhood that the PP will not be fully subscribed. If the PP were a foregone conclusion then the announcement would HAVE to read "Done Deal", not "Best Efforts". Why??? Why does the Someone(s) want the option to back out right up to the very last minute? Plenty to Speculate on here. Plenty!

Think Where can the MASSES of Cash Holders put their MASSES of Cash that is any safer than in a Going concern that is currently Greatly Undervalued? For those Explorers having even half the potential SPQ has PROVEN there has not been ANY DIFFICULTY raising Cash in this Economic Environment. No Difficulty What So Ever!!! Contrast Explorers like SPQ with ANY BANK. Where do you think those Smart Enough to pull their Money out of the Markets two Years ago will put it back into the Markets. Any Bank OR Companies like SPQ.

It's a tough Market for the less informed and uninformed. There are VAST mounds of Cash in the hands of very well informed Investors. Likewise for most of the large Mining & Energy Majors. Recall how they have more Cash on hand than most if not all in the Banking Industry.

So the REAL QUESTION REMAINS: Why do this PP NOW when SPQ is more than already well funded to meet all future obligations through ALL this year and into next year. And

WHY, when the SP is so much HELD DOWN and the company is extremely near reporting SUBSTANTIAL Material Information?

Finally: Why are you suddenly such a strong PROPAGANDIST Cheer Leading this PP Proposal?

And how about not side stepping my last Post by addressing your distortion/extreme misreading of my previous Post.
