Under Roberts Rules there would need to be a seconder of any new resolution and if there is still need to put a particular question to the Board (via the Floor) cause it has not been reasonably addressed otherwise and those with the need to have the question presented did not get it onto the AGM Agenda. Thus, Snug would need to have a companion Share Holder attend the AGM to ensure they can have the needed question or comment or however they feel is the most effective means of presenting the underlying need properly presented. Also, seeing as your three part question addresses most of the key interest being discussed here but not all the prime interests, having two companion Share Holders attend will allow each to second the others desire to put something to the Board (via the Floor). Note that these interests discussed here are not divisive in nature. They are a clear demonstration of extremely strong support for the past and apparent future business of the Company. And consequently any and all the points being discussed here that get placed on the AGM Agenda or docket would naturally presented in a very supportive manner and tone.
