Hi Snug

I agree with others who say the most important question is the reverse split.

Do you, or others have any thoughts of the possibility that SPQ spin off their diamond properties as KWG with Debut Diamonds?

IMHO this would be great for the shareholders as the sum of the parts may be bigger than the whole.
