The following part of your post pasted here is about the only good possable reason I can see in proposing the R/S. As for associating it with the possablilty of a PP, if that were to be a part of their considerations for proposing the R/S they should have stated it as so. As it appears now, the positive effects of the proposition have taken their toll on Trader types and now we are faced with the ILL effects while this matter hangs over our heads. Untill this ill conceived proposition (for this point in time at least) is off the table there likely will be no benefit to making any type of Good News release. Consequently any like myself are now effectively locked into a Hold and wait stance untill well after the AGM is over and done with.

Here is the part of your post I can appreciate, though it has been made irrelevent and ineffectual due to the Ill effects of the proposition.
