Wonder if you would be so kind as to enlighten us on whom fits your statement: I don't beleive in this case that some directors in management do NOThave the best interest in mind for the SPQ small shareholder

Also, while SPQ has money right now, they will not be in that same position forever, as they have no revenues other than PP and warrant sales. I believe that I read the RS requested has a shelf life (not sure about this, don't have my newsletter handy). This means that it does not have to be used right away, but that they can use it up until the next AGM. As you stated, they have money for this year and some of next - my guess is that they will run out in Feb/March.

All I am asking for is that both sides of the story are heard out, and let the individual investors decide for themselves. Just a word of advice that we all have heard before: Past performance is not necessarily indicitive of future performance. In other words, just because RS did not work for the likes of Nortel, does not mean they are a total failure.
