Hi Kelsee.
Good post, but I have my doubts that this tool in hand will deter many of the daytraders, most of which appear to be very good at what they do. I have a relative (through marriage ) that makes an average of $100,000 a month doing this . This is a fact as I have seen his statements and many of his friends are doing the same. I have several penny stocks where a R/S has been approved, one at up to 100 to 1, and management is waiting to implement it "when it is beneficial to the company and shareholders ". So far it has done absolutely nothing to deter the daytraders . In fact the opposite appears to may have happened. IMHO,MANAGEMENT ,OR ANY ONE OF OUR SHAREHOLDERS,HAS TO COME UP WITH A BETTER ARGUMENT FOR A R/S THEN WHAT THEY HAVE SAID. I AM NOT CONVINCED AT ALL. Kelsee or anyone else for that matter, could you please give me your views on WHAT VALUE,BENEFIT,ETC., do the daytraders have on the market place . IMHO,it seems IT IS TIME TO PUT PRESSURE ON THE REGULATORS TO CHANGE THE RULES. I am willing to be educated on just why and what benefits daytraders bring to the investing public, other then to their own pockets.
cheers.
