I have called Jim to specifically ask about this subject and got virtually the same response. UC will be able to earn 55% of whatever SPQ owns depending on their dilution with KWG..so it is a mathematical equation of a mathematical equation. If SPQ were to spend the top amount and dilute KWG to the minimum, then UC could come in and spend their money to earn in 55%. That would be ideal as it would be more drill results for us. Most likely the accountants will work out the math, the lawyers will look it over, the results will be brought back to the boards for approval and hopefully it will be signed off on.
