The Source has over 800 locations in Canada.

When adding Sonomax eers products in December of 2011 it was mutually agreed to launch in 28 of their better performing stores. For purposes of support efficiency, stores located primarily in Quebec and Ontario were selected.

An advantage of The Source is the marketing machine behind them because of their parent company, Bell Canada.

The current promotion has national advertising, but unfortunately it is not possible to advertise just in the regions where Sonomax eers can be found.

It is not cost-effective to train the other >750 stores that don't have the product. Therefore, consumers may make queries in their local store and not find any information about Sonomax eers.

We are currently discussing expansion to additional locations of The Source.
