I still think there is a possibility that our technology will be used for Skullcandy,s "the FIT' launch, under the argument that we only heard a liscence deal was signed on June 23rd or so. We know there are disclosure agreements signed with various companies, and Skullcandy is the only one we heard of YET. Its quite possible Skullcandy could have had an agreement signed with us shortly after the CES in Jan. If this is the case, then they had ample time to mass produce these with our technology applied. I beleive Nick said our royalty is 10% per unit, someone correct me if I am wrong, that will go directly to our bottom line on the financials and maybe help put us in a more profitable situation.
