Good  point  about the   small block  buy near  close..... But I  think  it  is  more  of a  war  of  wills  as the  bashers constantly do the  same  thing on the  sell  side.

The  stock  may trade   large blocks in the   27  range....  The  bids  moving  up to take  out  the  buys at  .27......  usually  right  after  this  happens, if the  bids are  thin,  TD  or  RBC  will come in  and  hit the  bids moving the  price  down to  .23  last  week  for  instance....... Just 20 min before the  Dominick  cross.

Pay close attention to the  times.... and  who  sold!

Whoever  decided, to sell was  obviousely  privy  to the  cross  coming  down, and  together   they   moved the  price  to .23.
