does interest accumulate now or after the appellate ruling if it goes in Bill Earll's favor?

Do u realize how long this process can drag on? Interest will accumulate before any ruling. Who gives a flying $$$$hit about the chump change that Earll claims he is owed, when the reality is, CHANGE is coming.
