Expected money coming into the coffer to move this company forward? Expertise coming on board?

It amazes me we are up 38% especially on a negative 8 K report. The ball was clearly dropped on behalf of the BOD.

Appeals process will take time....I am curious, does interest accumulate now or after the appellate ruling if it goes in Bill Earll's favor?
