If dore accumulation is ongoing as it might be and in the correct amounts and the BOD gets paid in large amounts of shares as it has in the past, then the dore can be sold, the proceds can be used to repurchase large amounts of outstanding shares with the appropiate PRs, the price should appreciate and with the drilling started, you may not have to wait very long at all.
