PQ's plan didn't work because the mill operated at only 15-25% efficiency. PQ should have tested the ore even before the mill was built, but he didn't. Then when they realized the present setup wouldn't work, they waited (wasted) TWO YEARS before they started the process of adding the additional systems to make the mill more efficient. During that TWO YEARS, they continued to throw money down the sewer (money losing mill) instead of using it to drill. And during that TWO YEARS, they built up a huge 30,000 ton pile of partially depleted ore (NOT concentrate!) that they will have to process again. It took two years to process it the first time, how long will it take to process the second time? My guess is close to two years again, since I doubt the crushing step was the bottleneck. Even though they don't have to crush it this time, they will now have the added steps of the flotation and leach systems. And to process that partially depleted ore, thy would have to do it in preference to any ore they bring out of the mountain, assuming they start real mining in the next two years. I think it is quite possible that much of that pile of partially depleted ore will never be processed (unless they greatly expand the mill), but it's also too valuable to throw away. So it will just sit there.

The one thing that will cause the sp to jump in any reasonable time is drilling and drill results- and hopefully that will also lead to a buyout. Drilling has already been delayed for two years- Drill now!
