IMO, I see this as a postive for SFMI. We still allow for foreign investments in our country. We are allowed to export without suffering severe penalties.

This is why I don't care to invest in mining operations in a foreign country. Unstable and don't have the same Constitutional limitations as we do. However, I would abolish the Dept of Interior and EPA.
