I did a google search on Dale and some pretty interesting and impressive stuff shows up. He has the creds, he seems to have a great track record and despite all the hoo haa (technical expression) over results, drilling etc.... He has what I consider to be lacking in SMH at the present and that is MANAGMENT ! I think he can exert the appropriate pressure on the board and if they are not careful, they may be given their walking papers.

Whatever the circumstances of the warrant being excerised I believe he has a plan and he is executing.....
