That, coupled with Dundee's over 6,000,000 shares (or 8.39% of the company at an average of 25.44 cents) puts a powerhouse pair together for SMH. Dale has exercised 1,500,000 warrants at 60 cents for gross proceeds of $900,000 in the treasury. It looks like there are some serious people in here.
