...I really thought Twilight would have some kind of response for us. Guess not. His buddy at IKN presents some very valid points but he fails to cover all of his bases and his arguments contain obvious loopholes making his conclusions less than convincing.
If your going to attempt to contribute some realism to a conversation, do it properly. Otherwise, it ends up as nothing more than blatant negativity and pessimism.
Insider selling should normally be giant red flag. In this case, though, it's neither positive or negative. Why in the world would you not sell shares that you could buy back at a cheaper price? The market seems to agree given that the selling hasn't had much of an impact on the sp. Why would people pump $15 mil into a company who's mgmt is selling there own shares unless they had a proper explanation? Is the whole $15MM coming from retail dummies who don't know any better? Doubt it...
I've already stated that I'm not a big fan of the financing but it is what it is. It could be a bad sign or maybe there are perfectly valid reasons for it. We'll know soon enough. I don't claim to know whether this stock will be successful or not. I'm currently betting that it will. I could easily be wrong. The point I'm trying to get across, though, is that if you're going to contribute something to a conversation, make it useful. We don't need to hear what we already know and we don't need nonsense that clearly hasn't been thought through.
