The way i see this is, this is the first closing of the PP and not the last , as their was two different closing dates and this being the first, ...their is only 500,000 shares that are flow through that could after tax consideration have a value .06 .07, but i doubt they would sell down that low as usually management picks them up and they would have to fill out insider reports when selling.The regular PP shares were at .10 so i would be selling at a lose. MY warrents are good for two yrs at a cost of .20 cents, so if i was to exercise the warrent in the first yr then my cost base would be .15 cents....ON the other side my Marum warrents have a exercise price of .13 which gives me a cost base of .115 cents.. and then their is Sans warrent at $ 2.00 until May next yr.Long On The Belt.Traps7
