Last PP shares for sale starting Sept?

Does anyone think that once all those shares from the last PP become free trade in Sept. that there will be a flood of shares for sale. People will be able to unload for a low as .06 .07 to break even if they needed the cash. I am kind of hoping the bids keep going lower so we can get cheap shares in Sept.
