Pruneface made a point on the other board regarding the DB free trading at a discount, therefore the effective interest rate is higher. A higher interest rate means a higher discount rate applied to the $.50 conversion. Perhaps that is why we are trading where we are, some are selling out to buy the DB's that are free trading but at a greater discount then the current .94

Then again some are selling cause they have just given up on gold, the juniors, our assets, our Management group etc.
