San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
until the underwriters of the DB sell the entire $50M we will trade at a discount to the conversion amount of $.50. Yes, we are at a crazy low market cap Vs. our peers
Discount the $.50 for interest, taxes? and less risk then holding the stock currently and I get a market value of about $.30-.$35, we're trading a further discount to that until we get some significant news from George, Dale or the Board (regarding a change in Management)
Clearly the $.50 part of the DB bought deal was ridiculously low, we're they under that much duress, irresponsible or was the financing market just that bad? I think it was irresponsible George who gave in to the $.50 conversion and we are paying the price now and will again within 5 years with the added dilution of another 100m shares.
We need Management to product at least 25,000 oz every quarter consistently, get significant drill success from the 16 & 26 levels under the Hinge zones and keep all costs down including friken salaries.
IMHO, the Board should have dumped George during the financing negotiations or a least removed him from the process. He has no financial investment in the Company and may even be influenced to give away the farm. Wonder how Hugh like the "DB deal"
Management let's get the Q4 results out to the market and then start doing something positive !
