Howe recommends that the Bissett Mine be returned to production and that the D-Shaft

be deepened by another 400 feet to access additional gold mineralisation at depth. The

total budget required to re-start the mining/milling operations, shaft deepening and

underground exploration/development is CDN $12.0 million. This budget includes the

mine start up of $7.9 million and the underground exploration/development costs of $4.1

million.
