An endless supply of freshly printed cheap shares is the bain of the sector. There doesn't seem to be a problem finding cash for all the new placements and the formula is not how much the company needs but how many shares does the underwriter want for the money we need. Like everything else, the sector is controlled by greedy bankers and the more shares out, the more fees are generated regardless of the fact that 95% of the sector has absolutely nothing unless methane production from all that cow crap has value. Just another ponzi scheme where the main charactetrs would be absolutely useless contributors to society if common sense ruled the day. Much like ploiticians.
