The way I read it Lunch is we get to buy a right at 3 times the price the shares are trading at. We in effect would then have our four shares doubled to eight. In effect getting four extra shares. It is too complicated for me however as there are some terminology in there that I have never heard before. What it really sounds like is we will be allocated a certaian amount of cash in which to buy however many shares that cash is able to.
