Here's hoping for a flip in event after an acquiring person comes out of nowhere and let's hope the Board doesn't waive it if it does.

In a nutshell we get 6:1 or am I missing something?

1 right = Market Price x 3 = Exercise Price;

Exercise price x 2 = Flip in price
