Message: From Dundee Today(first paragraph)

The L10 Zone points to the down-dip potential of the structures that host the near surface high grade zones (Hinge, L13, and 007/Emperor) at Rice Lake (Figure 3). We expect additional drilling, both from the Hinge Mine in the near term and from planned exploration drifts off the 8th, 16th and 26th levels in 2011 (and beyond), to continue to result in new discoveries that eventually should link up with the higher grade 98, RL and RL East zones at depth.

Perhaps it is an oversite, however I just noticed they are not showing any drilling in the RLM in the latest NR. http://www.sangold.ca/i/pdf/2010-11-09-pr-L10.pdf PAGE 5

They are however showing a new ramp. IMHO we can expect a bunch of good news over the next month that should more than compensate for our poor quarter of production ounces. They had previously reported 35,000 feet of drilling and now they are reporting 76,879. They must have some VG to report. If you notice above from the Dundee report they are calling the underground higher grade. One would have to wonder if their little hand held XRF reader has been to our core shack lately.

A total of 50,375 meters (165,270 ft) of diamond drilling were completed with 23,433 meters (76,879 ft) originating from underground

Operations at Rice Lake during the second quarter continued to emphasize development of the upper and eastern extensions known as the 98 area.

Remember these numbers from way back in April. We do not have any drill results since.

Drill hole #28-10-53 cut 121 g/tonne (3.53 oz/ton) over 13.3 meters (44 ft) and included an extremely high grade segment of 319 g/tonne (9.30 oz/ton) over 4.9 m (15.9 ft) containing coarse visible gold. Drill hole #28-10-80 encountered 5 individual zones within a wider mineralized section of 50 meters (164 ft) grading 4.8 g/tonne (0.14 oz/ton).
