That is correct Andy. I am a vp and I flagged one post quite some time ago. Somebody was implying that somebody else was stupid. I am sure it was not intended that way but I flagged it because it made me feel uncomfortable. I have read the SH board from time to time and a couple of bad apples can rot the bunch. I think you might be able to actually remove a post if you are a leader. Flagging merely brings it to the attention of Agoracom and they may or may not remove it. NL would know for sure.
