Believe it or not it's true. The so called labor problems have not been about "skill" level as much as they have been about the workforce actually showing up sober!

The ongoing problem is common knowledge. Things started to get better about a year ago when Ian Berezin showed up and started to clean house. He is a no BS guy who does carry pink slips in his pocket.
