This may have been a problem when the locals had SGR by the short hairs due to lack of Labour. Apparently,now they have been turning miners away. Back to an employer's market so I can't see management suffering fools for too long.

What I don't understand is what 200 employees have been doing for the last 2-3 years since we are not a fully functioning mine. I would imagine that Hugh's drills are contracted out so those employees are not directly on SGR's payroll.
