If Harper and his Tories are "Red" Ruf, San might as well close the doors tomorrow. The nature of the beast being a minority government makes it impossible to implement any right wing policies. The only way they can do it is to garner a better public image to win a majority and then Harper, who if you remember is a Reformist can begin to implement the far right "Blue policies".
