Excellent Post Hotmuck. I am sure that the critics such as JFF Have never worked in a mine nor have the ability to visualise the problems that Dale encountered that just wouldn't have happened if he had had a dozen hot shot miners underground to get the show on the road right from the start.

Almost headed up to Bisset my self to get a job. But with a freshly crushed vertebrae a year and a half ago decided against it.

Also I doubt that the critics have ever started any kind of business on their own, from scratch, and succeeded.
