Apparently there is nothing special about the Timmins claim and the press release was drafted by a lawyer for simple disclosure reasons. It's just an interesting claim that came there way and in no way a core asset so this can explain the analyst not caring about it. It may develope into something interesting but for now it is a sideshow.
