My take on Dalton was that it came their way without them looking for it, and because of the personal connections, it was hard to walk away from it. That was especially so, when they were able to get it in spite of other bidders. So now that they have it, it opens some doors, some opportunities and it will get its own development plan so as to not negatively affect the focus on Bissett's own development.
