maybe this is a form of damage control by Dundee to limit the amount of big interest. Right now they make SGR out to be some rookies that didn't get it done right the first time. So lets wait and see how they make out in the next 12 months.

12 months is a lifetime of lost opportunity if you were not willing to share too much of the pie and got caught napping.
