IMHO, there is no doubt SAN SP has been victimised (manipulated) by parties "unknown!"

Incidently, the new regs governing "naked shorting" implemented by the SEC don't apply in "The Dominion!"

In Canada "anything goes!" No prisoners! Nortel execs (Roth) and many others bid "adieu," collected their spoils and exitted stage right with "no fear" of any recriminations, stealing in my oppinin and that of many other $Bllions from "hapless" Canadian investors!
