Thank you for your question. It is my understanding that Mr. Lu stepped down from the board for personal reasons, and it is my understanding that his departure has no bearing whatsoever on the business relationship between Resverlogix and Hepalink. I am not able to provide you with a concrete timeline for when the vacancy will be filled, in part because we do not speak for Hepalink. Whether or not the vacant position is filled in the immediate future, shareholders as a whole, including Hepalink, will soon be given the annual opportunity to appoint Resverlogix’s directors for the coming year at the next AGM.
