had to mail Chris back & correct myself - this/Hepa is the "largest" shareholder of RVX & a one liner of their guy stepping down & being wished well in the future was lame at best.
Maybe others think this sort of thing happens all the time & no need for concern but Hepa has the IP as far as we know & that's everything so I believe it's more than critical we get the entire story & in short order! You would be kidding yourself if in anyway you think this is normal especially when you have some shareholders here believing Hepa might sue & or get the entire IP of RVX.

How can what's happened not have more material information attached to it? Can anyone share the reasoning other than Hepas going to sue us or just walk away with the IP ,everyone go home, games over, the end??
