Explain to me how that works. After a 20:1 split there are ~ 15mil shares. A pp @ $2 raises $50 mil pays off the convertible debt, funds the trial and buys a controlling interest. How does this fly with Hepa? Certainly not non-dilutive and results in loss of control.
